The room here is quite spacious and practical with nice views, and the location is fantastic, located right next to Paracelsus.

clean, traditional hotel with very professional staff. functional and large rooms for the level of bedrooms, and efficient services. large breakfast and plenty of goodies. spectacular location, shopping area. walking distance to a shopping area and a christmas market across the street. magnificent overall experience.

The breakfast was enormous, the check in was quick. The room we had included a storage space and it's own balcony. Location: the hotel was just off local restaurants in the old quarter😃

The staff were professional and efficient. The rooms on the lower floors were new, well-equipped, and provided a magnificent experience. The breakfast spread included a variety of vegan options, such as vegan sausages, in the warm dish section.

The room here is nicely updated and the beds are super comfortable. You can check in quickly and even check out late if you need to. 😊

Upgraded to junior suite with outstanding bathroom. Bed was comfortable, room service quick. Staff extremely helpful and polite. Great location near major attractions, parks, and restaurants. Convenient wi-fi access.

Because we stayed six nights, they upgraded our room. Everyone was helpful. We had view of the castle and a little of the Mirabell Gardens.

Internet expensive -did not work Breakfast too expensive wud not recommend this hotel to my worst enemy!

the staff at the hotel were incredibly kind and helpful, especially the front desk and restaurant. they made us feel at ease and comfortable, even with our 7-month-old baby. the location was perfect, with convenient parking and close proximity to attractions like the Mirabel Gardens and Mozart living house.

Elevator/lift not working properly.

Location next to garden is great. Service was excellent. Very very helpful concierge. The room was nice and comfortable. Front desk was very professional. Free Internet cafe was a great offer.

Pool was used in conjunction with a public pool. Although it was not expensive to pay to use the pool (4.6 euros) because it was a public pool didn't feel safe and also it wasn't hotel standard clean and had no pool service.

The hotel rooms were luxuries. quite environment, big rooms and tiolets Good TV channels, nice room design.

We had burgers for dinner. It tasted like a packed home burger.

I recently stayed at the Sheraton in Salzburg for a family visit and I couldn't recommend this hotel more. The staff had a marvelous attitude, solving any issues efficiently. The Mozart Suite was gorgeous and spacious, with luxurious mattresses for a great night's rest. The concierge service was first-class and the location was ideal, within walking distance to all major attractions.
